your art it so cool i was wanting to know how you did the scans? they look amazing

Replied on: October 9, 2026 at 2:20:42 AM

i have a high quality scanner that my friend gave me. its called the epson perfection idk which model. i scanned all the pages one by one and put the pdf together with the website pngtopdf. then i combined them with a website called combinepdf cause pngtopdf had an image count limit and then i compressed them with a website called compresspdf because the scans were too high quality. thank u!

Hey, I just wanted to say that are one of the many people that inspired me to start coding my own website. I haven’t had enough time to fully develop everything but I’ve started something! So, I wanted to say thank you for being my inspiration <3

Hi Derrek! I've been browsing through your website and I'm in love. I'm using it as inspiration for my carrd.co (it's my stepping stone before fully committing to neocities). Would you be open to making a tutorial about how you made your website? Much love Fisus

hi fisus! im rlly glad u like the site! with tutorials i only feel super inclined to make them when i feel like the information i have isnt super available to others. there are already a lot of really awesome videos and resources for learning html and css! a lot of other neocities pages have really good lists of resources for learning to code and how to set up a website! i'll probably make my own list of resources for others sometime in the future

Been following your site for a minute, but not sure I ever left a guestbook message. Love the evolution. PS: Found a typo on your about page. "Implore" is missing the L.
